Two new chillers sized to replace the three failed chillers were installed. Work with a structural company, a new roof-mounted chiller pad was installed due to roof condition and weight concerns. Control valves at all AHUs were replaced. And to fully satisfy our customer’s concerns, a new open-protocol, BAS control system was installed.
