Hunter Elmore
Vice President of Business Development
Hunter Elmore serves as the Vice President of Business Development of Star Service – Mobile, AL. Hunter leads the Owner Direct Services Sales Team covering the Gulf Coast I-10 Corridor. The Owner Direct Services Sales Team accelerates company growth by targeting and managing strategic accounts for Full Coverage Preventive Maintenance programs, mechanical contracting opportunities, and building automation projects. Hunter coaches his team on staying in tune with the ever-changing technological innovations to provide customers with a full suite of HVAC/Mechanical Systems services.
Hunter started his career with Star Service as a Regional Sales Manager. His expertise includes identifying prospects and uncovering opportunities for cost savings, ROI, and risk mitigation through mechanical equipment assessments and facility benchmarking in relation to ownership and operating budgets—insights that are invaluable to facility owners and operators. He has earned multiple Bronze, Gold, Diamond, and Circle of Excellence awards for his outstanding performance. With years of experience, Hunter enjoys sharing his knowledge and passion with the team, helping to cultivate the next generation of leaders at Star Service.
In addition to his work at Star Service, Hunter is an active member on the RTS Committee with Partners for Environmental Progress. Hunter also sits on the Board of Trustees and Facilities Committee at St. Luke’s Episcopal School. He has served on several other committees including Mobile Area Chamber's Energy Task Force and Workforce Development Committee for Central Gulf Industrial Alliance.
Hunter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Marketing from the University of Alabama. Outside of work, he and his wife have a passion for helping children and are licensed foster parents. Hunter, his wife, his daughter, and godson love the beach, traveling, golf, and serving the community.
