Richard “Stan” Rasberry serves as the President of Star Service in Jackson, MS. In this role, Stan oversees and manages the business operations in Star Service’s Jackson, MS, and Little Rock, AR, offices. Responsible for growing both regions, Stan works with the Star Service team to develop targeted business and sales plans to meet the planned growth, profit, maintenance base, and customer retention goals through leadership and management of staff. In 2019, Stan became a Partner at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity BSG) when Star Service joined Fidelity BSG. 

Stan has been part of the Star Service family for more than two decades. His career in the industry spans over 35 years, starting as an HVAC Service Technician. His leadership capabilities and success in project sales and service management led him to serve as the General Manager / Executive Vice President of Star Service prior to being promoted to President.

A graduate of the Lindsey Cooper Refrigeration School in Irvine, TX, Stan obtained his HVAC Certification and holds a Master Mechanical License in Mississippi, Arkansas, and Louisiana, as well as numerous other certifications and licensures in Management and Maintenance Sales.
